I have extensive administrative law experience which includes regularly representing clients before numerous California agencies such as the Department of Social Services, Medical Boards, the Department of Motor Vehicles, the State Contractors’ License Board, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Bureau of Real Estate, and the Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission. I have also represented clients before the United States Department of Defense in security clearance hearings (DOHA) and the United States Department of Agriculture defending “trafficking” allegations in food stamp matters under SNAP/EBT.

With offices in Santa Ana, I accept cases throughout California, and regularly travel to meet with clients. I value meeting each client face-to-face at their own locations. This allows me to provide individual attention and to better assess each person’s or business’s unique needs.
